An anthropological introduction to YouTube

So I was watched this video and it is at once inspiring and confusing. It makes me want to create, teach and learn in new ways. But I can not see a clear path on how to do so. I recommend watching the above presentation in its entirety 55min. But if you just want a flavour here is some:
